Can I return my intimates?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds on any intimates.
In the unlikely case that you have received the wrong order or there is an issue with your order we will refund you, regarding that you make us aware of this within 7 days of receiving your order.
How do I look after my intimates?
Caring for your intimates the correct way, will ensure you have a long happy life together. It'll not only help prevent ripping and fraying of the delicate fabrics, but it will help maintain their shape.
The nature of these delicate fabrics, require extra care and love. We are here to help you prevent any unfortunate mishaps on those dreaded laundry days.
The intricate and lacy intimates should be hand washed only, in a lukewarm water solution. A mild anti- bacterial soap will do the trick. Allow items to soak in the soapy solution for a few minutes before gentle scrubbing the gusset area. Rinse throughly with cool water. .
All Things Shipping
Once you have placed your order, your handmade intimates will take approximately 5-10 working days to be made.
Thereafter, it will take approximately 2-3 days to be shipped to you once you have received a shipping notification.
All orders are shipped with Courier Guy and can be tracked on their website using your order number.
We ship nationally across South Africa.
I don't live in South Africa, can I still order?
We'd love to accommodate as best as possible, international delivery will depend entirely on where you are situated. We have sent items international before to Germany, UK and Amsterdam and would be thrilled to deliver to more countries! Pop us a email pop and we can chat about the best international delivery for you and how you can place your order.
Do You do custom sizes?
If we do not cater for your size yet, we are very happy to accommodate you. If you have unique body proportions such as a very tiny waist but have a big booty or you are a plus size babe, we can use your exact measurements. Pop us an email and we'll let you know what measurements we'll need from you. We look forward to hearing from you.

Well, aren't you the sweetest. Let us know in the special instructions section when adding an item to the cart or in checkout. Let us know if you'd like us to add a special note, their favourite colour for a cute free scrunchie and their name so we know who to address the parcel to. If you live with this special someone and don't want them seeing the parcel let us know as well and we can create a more discreet packaging.
